We are blessed to have many employees that have been with the company 5 years or longer. When a team member hits these milestones, we want to bless them for blessing us. At the 5 year mark, they are given a Yeti Haul as a token of our appreciation. The future milestones, such as 10 year, will be determined once that accolade is achieved.
